Leo Auctioneers (Pty) Ltd. was incorporated  in 1986, as a Private Company, participating in the Auctioneering Industry, making it one of the more established Auctioneering Firms in Gauteng.

We have developed to the stage where we specialise in :

Over the years we have taken on the most Interesting and Challenging Assignments , before eventually marketing the Assets by means of an AUCTION  or a TENDER , some of which include :

• Project Management for Property Development Companies, pre- and post-liquidation 
• The Secretarial functions for Property Development Companies, pre- and post liquidation
• Reconciliation of Property Portfolio, Shareholding, Share issues ( allotments ) and acquisitions, Legal requirements upheld in terms of share issues, share capital , documentation required in terms of the Companies Act.
• Assist with compiling  Budgets and Reports for purposes of obtaining finance, new investment opportunities, for report-back purposes to JV partners, for purposes of company valuation of assets and for disclosure to external professionals for purposes of valuations and study reports ( feasibility studies)
• Assist and compile time frame schedules for the appointment of marketing agents on projects and consultation with auditors.  Monitoring performances on assigned projects. Assist accounts department to supply information to auditors and attend to queries by the auditors to enable them to complete Year-ends. Consult with or on behalf of the executive with the Company Auditors.
• Negotiating on behalf of the Development Company for the acquisition of new projects ( properties ) in the Group. Investigating new investment opportunities and report back and/or disposing of certain properties by means of Tender or Auction.
• Compiling of supporting documentation for purposes of marketing  (Auction or Tender )
• Ultimately, Marketing all the assets by means of  an Auction or Tender
