STC: All items are subject to confirmation after the auction of 3 Business Days. Once highest bidding prices are confirmed and invoice will be sent to the highest bidder to settle. 

Dispatching: Once full payment is received our admin office issues a release note with dates and times when goods can be collected. No goods will be released without a release note. 

Refundable Registration Deposit: This auction requires a R1000 refundable registration deposit to bid. Registration are approved once deposit reflects in our Trust account. If we were not the highest bidder on any items your deposit will be refunded and your request with banking details can be send to [email protected]. Bidders are allowed to use the refundable registration deposit as partial or full payment of invoices on items they were the highest bidder on. 

Payments: Payment of Invoice must be done with 24 Hours after the invoice was received. Proof of Payments can be sent to [email protected].
