A deposit equivalent to R50 000-00 strictly by way of EFT Day prior to the auction sale or morning of sale.

Guarantees for balance of purchase price within 45 days from date of confirmation by Executrix and Master of The High Court.

A deposit equivalent to R50 000-00 strictly by way of EFT Day prior to the auction sale or morning of sale.

Guarantees for balance of purchase price within 45 days from date of confirmation by Executrix and Master of The High Court.

A deposit equivalent to R50 000-00 strictly way of EFT day prior to the auction sale or morning of sale

A Cash Deposit of R2000-00 refundable. All goods to be paid for on day of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Private Bidding:

Instructed by the Executrix in the above matter, we will sell by Public Auction, entirely without reserve, subject to confirmation by the Master of the High Court and Executrix, the following hangar with flatlet, vacant stand, aircraft and movable assets :

10% share in Pyramid Air Park (Pty) Ltd comprising of Hangar held in the company known as Pyramid Air Park (Pty) Ltd

The hangar measures 130 m2 in extent and is constructed of steel I beam and IBR and concrete floor with brick paved front section

Power is supplied by means of solar power only with Lithium iron 5KW/H batteries and Hoselect 5KW invertors. These are housed in a separate room adjacent to the hangar

Water is supplied by means of a borehole which is safe and useable for drinking.
In addition to this, there is a Jojo water tank for grey water storage.

The stand is fully fenced in mesh wire with two access points.

Flatlet attached to hangar:
The flatlet has an open plan lounge and kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom and measures approximately 45m2 in extent.

Top of the flatlet area has a mezzanine area which could be used for additional storage space.

In addition to this, there is a wooden patio / braai area with great views over the bush veld.

10% share in Pyramid Air Park (Pty) Ltd comprising of Vacant unimproved stand held in the company known as Aylestone Aviation (Pty) Ltd in the Air Park known as Pyramid Airfield.

This vacant stand is as per Pyramid’s Air Park (Pty) Ltd demarcated area and has no improvements erected on the subject site. New owner can construct hangar in accordance with Pyramid’s Air Park (Pty) Ltd minimum requirements and rules.

Aircraft:
Jora UA2 aircraft. The aircraft is fitted with an EFIS Oddesy. The aircraft ATF has expired.
